Majalis Park, Miskolc

The Majalis Park is located in the Miskolc area of ​​Diosgyor. It stretches along the Szinva River, and the entrance is located next to the bus stop of Majalis Park. Here you can walk and admire the beauty of Hungarian nature. The park was founded in 1981. Its area is one hectare. A clean river full of fish runs through the territory, which stretches for long kilometers, flowing into the area of ​​the Bükk national park.

The most common tree is alder. Field elm, black elder, hops and chestnut trees also grow here. Flocks of trout live in Szinva, but rare local species such as Lenten-Maren and Transylvanian goose have disappeared. Sometimes there are small birds here, the singing of which can be heard at the top of the park.
